Everyone surely wants to have a clear and fresh looking face, in fact it’s not difficult to have it. How to make our face more fresh, healthy, and brighter? Just follow these simple tips:
- drink water 8 to 10 glass a day.
- relax, keep your thoughts relaxed and avoid tense situation so you won’t get overstressed.
- avoid having too much food that contains high cholesterol and fat.
- sleep 8 hours a day to keep your eyes healthy.
- avoid smoking cigarettes and cigarettes’ smoke contaminated area.
- eat more vegetables and fruit.
- keep your self confidence, say that you are charming to yourself and believe it.
- eat wheat bread.
- make schedule for your every meal and obey it.
- spend some time to take care yourself.
